26/04/2026: A very bad experience at Buffalo Grill. While eating my meal, I cut my gum on a piece of plastic that was on my plate (see photo). The piece was rigid and sharp—if I had swallowed it, the consequences could have been serious. I immediately reported the problem to an employee, handing him the piece to take to the kitchen. I received no response. When I got to the register, I explained the situation again: I was told that no one was aware of it and was simply offered a 10% discount. No explanation, no follow-up, no real acknowledgment of the problem. To provide some context: it was 3:30 p.m., and there were two of us in the restaurant. The staff clearly weren't overwhelmed, but hearing loud talking and seeing them cleaning (mopping) while we were eating didn't help matters. The result: my experience was cut short. No coffee, no dessert. This isn't a matter of goodwill. We're talking about a dangerous foreign object in a dish and a complete lack of professionalism behind it. Very disappointing.
