28/04/2026: I ordered the crushed fillet and the sundae without caramel – it was a rip-off! I'll never go back there. Avoid it! It's a shame. I just saw that we could post photos; the fillet was completely flat and the bread was open on two sides, like it had torn. And the sundae, at the price it costs, with a barely visible line, is outrageous! Thanks for your feedback.

25/04/2026: I ordered a brunch breakfast at 9:30 am. There were about ten customers in the restaurant, but I had to wait 20 minutes... very long. There was a mistake with my hot drink. I ordered a cappuccino and received a coffee. When I asked for it to be remade, I only received milk instead... There was a serious lack of attention to detail... I can't imagine what it's like during peak hours. A disaster.

10/04/2026: Catastrophic. No welcome whatsoever. When ordering, I asked for cocktails, and the waitress replied with a surprised look, "Oh, but we're not making cocktails today!" As if I were supposed to know that. A 20-minute wait for steaks that were practically burnt, even though I had asked for them medium. A 10-minute wait to ask for an extra portion of fries, which they had apparently forgotten. And when it came time to give the children dessert, no one even asked if the adults wanted dessert. Frankly, the food and service were deplorable. There's a real lack of attention to detail. It doesn't even deserve one star.

On a business trip and staying at the Novotel next door, we gave in to the laziness of going out despite the mixed reviews we'd read. We should have listened to them. The only positive point was the meal: it was decent and quite tasty. Unfortunately, that didn't make up for the rest. The atmosphere is simply gloomy, punctuated by faulty, skipping music. The service is completely impersonal: no human interaction whatsoever, the staff actively avoid eye contact. You feel such a disconnect that a kind of solidarity and support naturally arises... among the neglected customers! The organization is deplorable: I had to abandon the idea of ​​ordering an appetizer because of the slow service. The sauce basket on the table contained nothing but mustard... In short, unless you're absolutely concerned about the hotel's proximity, steer clear. The food itself doesn't justify such an atmosphere.
