We were warmly welcomed and served by two smiling and friendly young women. We appreciate this chain, which we know well, because we are never disappointed by the value for money, nor by its "family-friendly" atmosphere thanks to the thoughtful touches for children (menu, balloons, coloring books, etc.). For all these reasons, I would recommend this restaurant. However, my review would have ended there were it not for the very poor service provided by one of the employees. At the end of our meal, I needed to change my 2-year-old daughter's diaper. The waitress kindly informed me that the changing table was broken and that there was no other designated area. I therefore had to go to the nearest restroom, at the other end of the shopping center. The waitresses, apologetic, allowed me to use it before paying. Not having a stroller and wanting to be quick, I rented a golf cart from the center to transport my daughter and the diaper bag. When I returned, service was winding down and the surrounding tables were empty. I kept the golf cart with me while I gathered my belongings and paid. An employee then approached me to explain that golf carts were prohibited in the establishment. I explained the situation, caused by the restaurant's lack of equipment, but he didn't seem concerned, simply repeating that he was "enforcing the rules." I replied that I understood the rule, but that I found his inflexibility excessive given the circumstances. As I was about to leave, the employee, visibly embarrassed by his own reaction, tried to justify himself by saying that he didn't know the "why" and that I had "not explained" the situation properly. Having caused no trouble and already preparing to leave, I questioned the employee's bad faith. A big thank you, however, to the kind waitress who apologized for her colleague's behavior.
