19/09/2024: Very nice establishment, welcoming and competent staff. All the dishes are very good.
I tasted the queen “Médaille d’or” of Alsace. Very good but the best remains that of the restaurant Au Boeuf de Soufflenhein which includes veal & quenelle and which is less fatty.
I recommend 👍🏼
18/09/2024: We had a great weekend, very warm welcome, beautiful room, succulent gourmet menu. Hotel well located for beautiful hikes
