30/12/2025: This hotel and restaurant is truly top-notch. We slept well, ate well, and the location is perfect between Colmar and Strasbourg. We visited the Christmas markets in the surrounding villages and were absolutely dazzled. I highly recommend this place. However, if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, I recommend making a reservation as it's always packed.
28/12/2025: I rarely leave reviews after my visits, but this establishment deserves one. The service is pleasant, the food is very tasty, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent: the meat and fish were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The decor was cozy, and the service was pleasant. I highly recommend it! 😊
25/12/2025: A huge thank you for the warm welcome, the time taken to explain the menu and find suitable dishes to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Everything is homemade, even the whipped cream! 😊😜 We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll definitely be back!
