19/04/2026: We had an absolutely delightful time. The ingredients were of exceptional quality, perfectly showcased by refined and flavorful cuisine.
The welcome, like the service, was impeccable: attentive, warm, and professional from beginning to end.
A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience, which we wholeheartedly recommend.

14/04/2026: Great rooms! Several members of the group opted for the more modern rooms with air conditioning and were very satisfied. I had a slightly smaller one, but it was fine too! Good bed, good shower. Fantastic breakfast and delicious dinner. Highly recommended!!
30/12/2025: This hotel and restaurant is truly top-notch. We slept well, ate well, and the location is perfect between Colmar and Strasbourg. We visited the Christmas markets in the surrounding villages and were absolutely dazzled. I highly recommend this place. However, if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, I recommend making a reservation as it's always packed.
