I understand your organizational difficulties, your complaints to your management who certainly aren't hiring enough, but we work too... It would have been professional to warn people about the wait for the pizzas... And we weren't the only ones complaining... We won't be coming back and will go to the restaurant L'Industrie next door, which has better ratings and very positive reviews...
