24/09/2026: A slightly higher-end restaurant.
The food far exceeded our expectations:
delicious, succulent, with an extraordinary blend of spices, unlike anything I'd ever tasted before.
However, there were a few "buts."
Upon entering, the question "Have you made a reservation?"
was delivered with an almost military intonation—I swallowed the reply, "Yes, sir."
Elsewhere, at this level, one might hear a more pleasant "Welcome—do you have confirmation?"
What surprised me most (and this is entirely subjective): the lack of warmth in this otherwise pleasant setting.
The table service was impeccable, with politeness and decorum all present, but...
...a touch of friendliness (!)
would have made the experience truly unforgettable.
20/09/2026: Excellent restaurant. Remarkably efficient welcome and service, perfectly prepared cuisine. A very fond culinary memory of our Alsatian stopover.

08/07/2026: I enjoyed the ride; the horse was really friendly. Big shout-out to Uranus, who was adorable and reassuring. You need to speak German, otherwise you won't understand anything most of the time. (Which I'm stuck with, since I don't speak any German at all.) You have to look for information yourself, especially towards the end, but don't go near the young girls who will laugh in your face without answering you (seriously, we tried, and all they did was laugh without saying anything; they clearly didn't work for the club, but it gives you an idea of the kind of atmosphere you can find there every day...). It's a very large property with lots of space; it really looks nice. For a ride, you still need to know how to ride at least a little, as they make you do all three gaits. So if you're a beginner, I wouldn't recommend it. (Or if you're too anxious, either.) Personally, I was a little stressed, so I was apprehensive about the pace. Luckily, Uranus was really calm (and easy to follow, too). If you go for a ride there, ask for Uranus. He's really nice! And tall, too. 😆 Or Ulann, my friend really liked him as well; he's a bit faster than Uranus.
I'm giving it 3 stars for now because I think the staff could be better, but otherwise, it's a great rating that could improve with more experience. We might come back 😊.
