18/03/2024: I went to your SBK, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba party this weekend and was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to customer comfort. On several occasions we asked to open the tarpaulins or zips to allow air to circulate, but we were confronted with inappropriate responses such as "the person in charge is not there, we have to wait until he come back." Meanwhile, the staff seemed more concerned with their own comfort, sipping beers at the counter. It is unacceptable to allow customers to suffer from the heat in this way, and it is imperative that steps are taken to ensure customer well-being in the future.
