09/12/2024: Friendliness not expected from a brunette waitress. To get a smile that leaves something to be desired. Also regarding the 2 other waitresses. We see that he doesn't like customers to flee!!! And what's more, this long-haired brunette waitress takes customers on high without ever seeing them. And the other waitress with glasses blows to give the dishes to the customer.. and a blonde at the cash register and totally unpleasant she just said to her colleague I'm hungry, hello or nothing!!!! To flee, to flee!!! I recommend Columbus Vitrolles!!!!

07/12/2024: I am posting this review following my visit with my mother who is visually impaired. While my mother was taking her order as she usually does in other stores without worry, here, an employee (or even the manager, I don't know) took the liberty of waving his hand in front of my mother's eyes. mother to make her “react”, rather than just ask her nicely what to do next. The service and welcome there are deplorable. 01/03/2026: It's become far too expensive! A brioche with dried fruit for over €7 - 4 individual cakes + 2 apple turnovers -> total €17 The food has become very mediocre… flies on the bread, the cakes have become very bad I will no longer choose this bakery… I've been a customer since it opened, and the feeling of profiting from inflation and the customer's wallet is blatant… I would advise my colleagues against it!

23/02/2026: This incident happened this evening at 7:40 PM. I usually come to the Cabriès store after 7:30 PM because there's a 50% discount on everything in the store before closing time. A blonde woman was ahead of me and bought a large bag of bread and other items, as well as four chocolate/coffee éclairs. Her total only cost €11.85. I clearly saw on the till screen that the woman had benefited from the 50% discount on everything she bought. I asked the saleswoman, who was of foreign origin and was putting the items away in the stockroom, if the éclairs were also 50% off. The saleswoman told me that the éclairs weren't 50% off, even though the store was about to close in a few minutes. The other waitress, younger and very uncomfortable, offered to serve me even though she hadn't yet processed the payment for the woman in front of me, afraid I'd see the amount she was paying at the register, which I already knew. Very surprised to hear this, and contrary to what the other salespeople had told me, I only bought three croissants and four chocolate rolls, for which the saleswoman, of course, gave me the 50% discount. I don't understand. I was told everything was 50% off just before closing, and now they're refusing to sell me a few chocolate/coffee éclairs that would probably have ended up in your saleswoman's basket. I know perfectly well that this saleswoman lied to me because I regularly shop at Marie Blachère in Vitrolles, where I've already bought pastries and other items before closing at 50% off. Refusal to sell is punishable by a fine of €1500!!!! I think I'll just stick to the shop in Vitrolles!!!
