19/02/2026: One star, and even that's generous.
The bare minimum of professionalism would be to clearly indicate that the restaurant is closed for renovations. Not mentioning anything, giving the impression that everything is open, and then arriving after making arrangements... only to find construction workers in the middle of a renovation project, is unacceptable.
I find this truly disrespectful and indicative of a complete lack of consideration for customers.
09/02/2026: This Le Bistrot du Paradou will forever hold the most special place in my heart. What began as a beautiful lunch turned into one of the most unforgettable days of my life — this is where I got engaged. I hope to return one day and relive even a small piece of that joy. Merci for a memory we will cherish forever.

23/07/2024: One of the most perfect meals I have ever eaten. A set lunch exquisite in every respect. Soup, sea bream and sorbet with strawberries. Each course prepared in exactly the right way.
