05/04/2024: After many stays in the Arles region for over 30 years, we ate at Brin de Thym for the first time. It was disappointing. The fish soup was thin and rather bland. The second starter, tete de veau, was a success. For the main courses gardianne de torreau, the meat was good in consistency and seasoning, the rice side dish was soggy and bland. The sea bream wasn't bad, the rice side dish overcooked the asparagus pieces until they were tough. One dessert, Pavola, was fine, the second dessert, a kind of rice pudding, was indefinable. The service, probably unmotivated by the owner herself, is no question of satisfaction. Ordered water had to be requested later. Conclusion, it wasn't worth it at all.

30/03/2024: A real pleasure from starter to dessert. The welcome was very warm, the atmosphere cozy and the meal a real delight for the taste buds. So we booked again for tomorrow evening.
