04/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very friendly restaurant (friendly owner and waiter), as well as our American table neighbors, great encounters.
You absolutely have to stop at this little restaurant for this famous cassoulet 😋
If we go back through Castelnaudary, obligatory stop at Ptit Moka 👍
Don't hesitate to stop there, you won't be disappointed.

09/03/2024: The decor of the place is quite pretty but I was quite disappointed with the food….
Tuna tataki as a starter> very very thin strips just placed on a large plate….I took the salmon and its “vegetables” to continue> the salmon was small and the vegetables corresponded to a kind of salad also not very generous.
As we are in a 5 star hotel, we expect a little more quality on the plate (even if it was still good).
If you stay at the hotel why not but not to spend an evening there.

30/03/2024: I don’t visit Paris often, but when I do I try to visit la Table des Anges. For me, the best restaurant in Paris. High quality food but in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. The owner/chef are very jolly and the whole place has such a lively atmosphere. Of course it’s a restaurant and so food has to take pride of place and it does - great menu and great flavours.

the cuisine is very classic, eating cod for a menu for almost 30 euros is a shame.
the shortbread is too thick and lacks salted butter caramel (there is almost none in fact)
Salty addition for an average meal.

31/03/2024: We were disappointed by the quality of the slightly tough red meat, which we pointed out to the waitress who recognized that we were not the only ones to notice this. Too bad the boss didn't come to see us and also make a commercial gesture.
Then we were surprised to find that the coffee comes from a Nespresso machine, for an establishment like this it is very surprising.
The wine list is excessive.
Our starters were good, the crispy pork too. Very good chocolate desserts.

04/04/2024: A nice, relaxed restaurant in the Marais which did a wonderful, hearty onion soup and an excellent beef tartare. The wine recommendation was also very good. Will be back on our next trip to Paris.
