28/06/2026: We spontaneously found a little paradise, unfortunately only for three nights. We'll be back and bring the rest of the family. The nearby beaches are breathtakingly beautiful. The garden with its flowers, birds, and tranquility is simply idyllic. The stone cottages are perfectly and lovingly furnished. Our hostess, Céline, is very friendly.

24/06/2026: Thank you, Céline, for your warm welcome and your availability while remaining very discreet. The three cottages together were ideal for our group of 13 hikers. Superb hikes nearby, and the wellness area was much appreciated after our hikes.
We had a bit of wind, which was a shame as it prevented us from fully enjoying the beautiful garden.
I highly recommend it.

Restaurant Le Chateau de Sable

08/05/2026: Ideally located, this hotel is simply magnificent. The ground-floor room was spacious, the sunset from the terrace was breathtaking, and there were walks accessible directly from the hotel with incredible views, all surrounded by eco-grazing. Everything was perfect.
The welcome was warm and professional.
Breakfast, featuring homemade and local products, was both simple and simply delicious.
22/04/2026: The head waiter pushes you to buy more (alcohol, bottled water, cheeses, etc.). He uses pompous language without any distinction.
The wines are exorbitantly and unjustifiably priced. The cheapest wine, a Muscadet Luneau-Papin (€13.50 in stores),
was charged at €44!
Bread is served very sparingly.
We were fortunate enough to check the bill.
Tap water was charged at €5.
The €45 reservation fee was not taken into account by the same head waiter.
A huge disappointment considering the establishment's reputation; it felt like a rip-off.
We will not be returning.

30/05/2026: This hotel is aging; it smells of mold in the hallways and rooms. The room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived. The carpet was filthy, the armchairs were covered in dust, and the bed was barely made. Avoid it at all costs!
The restaurant has been closed since March, and the pool is a disaster—the water is green, making you not want to swim in it at all.
The owner is unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. I wonder how it's still in business.
I don't understand how it got three stars; it deserves zero. I think it couldn't get any worse!

Le chef nous enchante autant qu’il chante! Musique guinguette avec cuisine de coeur et choeurs en cuisine!

Ambiance agréable avec un accueil attentionné tout au long du dîner
Repas entre amis très apprécié de tous. Plats goûteux avec de bons produits frais et locaux servis avec une belle présentation. Service rapide bref un bon moment je recommande à 100%
Seul petit bémol un brin de chauffage en plus mais la météo du mois d’Avril explique cela !
