17/01/2026: A very pleasant dinner: excellent food and top-notch service.
09/01/2026: A bit disappointed by the quality of the food.
The gravlax starter was very small (two tiny bites with cold, stale blinis).
The other dishes were of mediocre quality: a very fatty blood sausage, a "hand-cut" steak tartare that was more like minced steak served with overcooked fries.
In short, the value for money needs to be reconsidered!
