03/04/2024: We had an incredible experience at Tours à Table! From the warm welcome to the delightful cooking session, every moment was filled with joy and learning. The recipes shared were not only delicious but also easy to follow. Our hosts were incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Tours à Table to anyone looking for an authentic culinary experience in Tours. Thank you for a memorable time!

07/03/2024: March 7, 2024. Just perfect. One noon. Professional meal. 14.5 E starter main course dessert. And homemade. Old-fashioned welcome. Discussion etc. I put it in my favorites. Deserves a real 5.

11/05/2024: Deplorable welcome, unfriendly staff, cuisine leaving something to be desired. The most notable being the dishonesty and bad faith of the manager. For the little story : We (3 people) were received coldly and then seated on a small table for 2 people (a table which could actually have been sufficient given the small portions served afterwards). The manager claims that he cannot seat us a table of 4 people because there would be reservations on all these tables. However, we were taken aback to see that several groups of 4 people were placed on said tables, even though they had obviously not reserved (we could hear them asking the waiter if there was room for lunch for 4). By presenting the person in charge with the facts, the latter denies everything outright while we were witnesses to this scene, as were the new customers. As for the cuisine, it is basic, bland, not very elaborate, and we cannot say that the portions are generous. Finally, if dishonesty is present from the outset, we also feel it in so-called “homemade” desserts when they seem to come straight from an industrial chain. Mr. should possibly consider retraining as a businessman, being probably more interested in the maximum profit of his business than in the well-being of his clients; its activity would then undoubtedly be more sustainable. In conclusion: prefer neighboring restaurants, of which there is no shortage in the area, and whose opinions are perhaps more legitimate.
