26/03/2026: I ordered the entrecôte, but unfortunately the steak was extremely tough and practically impossible to chew. The pepper sauce was also very disappointing—overly salty and watery. Because of this, I sent the dish back. The manager came over, apologized, and said he would speak with the chef. However, when I later asked for the bill, I was surprised to see that the steak was still included. When I questioned this, the manager returned and told me that, despite the dish being inedible, it was not their responsibility and I was still required to pay. I found this response quite concerning. Additionally, his behavior was unnecessarily aggressive—he got uncomfortably close and spoke in a confrontational manner. This is not the level of professionalism or civility one would expect in a restaurant setting

25/03/2026: On a weekend in Paris, a great place for a hearty and delicious meal! A fantastic atmosphere and top-notch servers with a contagious energy and joie de vivre!
