10/05/2026: Well-located hotel. A great atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly and efficient.
The hotel's Monkey Place bar is very original and beautifully decorated; it feels like a home away from home.
09/05/2026: I'm giving 5 stars because the receptionist at the front desk on Saturday, May 9th at 6:00 PM responded to my request in under 30 minutes. She was incredibly professional. Knowing how to listen to a customer, acting immediately, offering a small token of appreciation with chocolates, and then following up with an email to apologize and ensure the customer felt valued—that's excellent customer service.
I highly recommend the Mercure La Roche-sur-Yon Centre hotel and will definitely return, even if it means making the detour from the A10 motorway when I'm traveling to Bordeaux.

27/09/2024: Very good meal. A typical French brasserie atmosphere that I like. Competent staff with a nice young boss. I had a great time with friends. I recommend with my eyes closed
26/09/2024: For several years we have been coming to Clem every month for professional reasons and have had access to the meeting room. We have always been well received by efficient and lovely staff (former team)! And then this summer, we learned in the newspapers that there had been a change of ownership. No call to introduce yourself or explain to us that the card has changed and the prices too!! Well it happens during a launch but the apotheosis was at our last monthly meeting: nothing is done as we were used to (normally the old team is no longer there except an adorable waitress who does her best to manage the room without organization and with a certain pressure: we have heard and seen the behavior of the new boss several times: clearly lacking humility, kindness and HUMANITY I spoke to him on the phone and I have rarely felt so much contempt with a touch. Other people had the same feeling because they had to call and were able to tell him: but no professional or commercial reaction. We had extra dishes, missing dishes. Result I had to start my training with 30 minutes. late and once again, the boss did not deign to come and apologize or do anything!!
On the other hand, he can be seen in the corridor and in the restaurant speaking loudly (upstairs in his office or in the dining room); discretion is an important point when looking to “raise prestige”).
I will probably not return to Clem because what I need as a professional is a relationship of trust, respect, a lot of humanity, kindness and integrity. I don't find any of my values with them and I'm sorry, especially for the old team which conveyed these values and where we felt the good atmosphere between them.
There is still one positive point: the food is good (now that doesn't transcend either, however the wallet feels good!!!)
