Gourmet Bus sur La Roche-Sur-Yon

I usually come here for work, and this weekend I was with my family. The rooms are very pleasant and the hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff are very attentive, and a special mention goes to the breakfast buffet, which was very well presented and varied.

Hotel right in the city center, allowing you to get around everywhere on foot. Excellent welcome 👍 and despite my early arrival, I was given a room without any trouble. The room is very well laid out with a ventilation system that works perfectly (which is rare!). The toilet is in the bathroom, but that's often the case. Large, comfortable bed and perfect layout. The only things missing are a mini-fridge and soap (liquid shower gel is provided). There's a paid public parking lot right next door. A full breakfast is included, but be aware of traffic jams during rush hour…. I recommend it.

A beautiful, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean establishment. The welcome was warm and professional from beginning to end of our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with high-quality products and a wide selection. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall comfort of the hotel. If we return to the area, we would be delighted to stay at this hotel again and recommend it without hesitation.

Well-located hotel. A great atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel's Monkey Place bar is very original and beautifully decorated; it feels like a home away from home.

I'm giving 5 stars because the receptionist at the front desk on Saturday, May 9th at 6:00 PM responded to my request in under 30 minutes. She was incredibly professional. Knowing how to listen to a customer, acting immediately, offering a small token of appreciation with chocolates, and then following up with an email to apologize and ensure the customer felt valued—that's excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Mercure La Roche-sur-Yon Centre hotel and will definitely return, even if it means making the detour from the A10 motorway when I'm traveling to Bordeaux.

Very pleased with this hotel and its Brasserie. Central location, decent parking garage next foor, laundronat 30 meters away. Quiet, comfortable, good value and cheerful staff.

A truly lovely establishment where you feel very comfortable; the room was very clean and spacious. We received a very warm welcome: the staff were attentive, helpful, and very pleasant! Highly recommended, and our four-legged friends are welcome too! ❤️

My stay was fine, the setting is great, however the service team was not at all welcoming. Quite cold. A professional smile, nothing more.

We had a very good night's sleep in a spacious room with comfortable bedding and a quiet atmosphere. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with its good, fresh, and varied products. A great place to stay in the center of La Roche-sur-Yon.

I stayed here during a business trip. The welcome was warm, the room very comfortable, and Nuxe toiletries were provided. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. I tried the Monkey Bar; the cocktails and food were excellent, with quick and friendly service.
