Their Gault et Millau plaque won in the 90s, where they celebrated a “reputation for a luxury green table” is only a shadow of itself today. Only a few dishes stand out and are of a gourmet level, the rest is livid and tasteless like the service, serving a tasteless foie gras, wrapped in its red fruit jelly, trying with difficulty to give it a little consistency . No look, not a smile, not a thank you, just the norm, just the minimum “what you need” ending with the TPE mechanically stretched out. Accompanied by a mention “who pays? Right or left? ".
