31/07/2026: On Wednesday, July 29th, I ordered a beer, a pack of cigarettes, an ice cream, and a can of Oasis for my 6-year-old son. I asked the man who took my order if we could sit down, and he said yes. We sat down. While waiting for my beer, a woman who works there came over and told me that the can of Oasis wasn't served there. I explained that I was there to get the beer I was waiting for. She became very unpleasant, saying, "With people like you, I'm quitting this job." She gave us our money back and asked us to leave.
I forgot to mention, we are Black.
It was humiliating. Absolutely TERRIBLE.
I do not recommend this place.

The gentleman who took my order allowed me to sit down, and please note that the can of Oasis was never opened. My son was simply enjoying his ice cream, and I was waiting for my beer.

18/05/2026: We discovered this hotel by chance with a last-minute booking. I have rarely experienced such high-quality service from every single staff member we encountered, which shows it's a deliberate policy of the establishment. We were stuck on the highway, arriving at 10 PM instead of 8:30 PM; we were expecting a quick room service, but the kitchen staff offered, without us even asking, to welcome us to the restaurant where we enjoyed a very fine dinner served by a kind and charming head waiter. The very green setting near the forest is lovely and offers a real change of scenery. The room was very comfortable and unique. Note: if you type "hotel cazaudehore" into Waze, it will take you to the center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye; you should type in the address or just "cazaudehore".
10/05/2026: This hotel is wonderful. Whether in the hotel or the restaurant, all the staff were very efficient and responsive, and we truly felt their hospitality. We were able to completely relax. The restaurant also had a great atmosphere, and the food was delicious.
If there's one area for improvement, it would be the wine service: after the first glass was poured by the staff, we had to refill our own glasses because the servers seemed very busy. With an additional person in the dining room, this kind of small detail would undoubtedly have been better handled, and the experience would have been even more enjoyable.

22/07/2026: What can I say? A rather expensive canteen. The waitress was rushed, and I wasn't offered a glass of wine except on the bill. There wasn't even a tablecloth; for the price displayed, that was the bare minimum. The table was sticky. I understand that if you're known to the chef, everything's fine, but for you, nobody cares. I'd rather go somewhere else.

20/05/2024: Il.n'y a pas de bon fish and ships sans la maîtrise d'une vraie sauce tartare , j'ai d'ailleurs cru à une erreur pensant qu'il s'agissait d'un semblant de sauce béarnaise mais non ! De l' industriel en sceau ! Insipide ,aucune texture j'ai chercher les câpres ,oignons,persil,cerfeuil ,cornichons ,oeuf ,estragon ,je n'ai pas pour habitude d'émettre un commentaire désagréable pour ne pas nuire au restaurateur, monter une vraie sauce tartare ou renvoyez l'énoncé de votre carte ...!!
