13/03/2024: Came for lunch this afternoon, more than 30 minutes of waiting... Oops, forgotten table! Taking the order with again a waiting time of 15 minutes to inform us of a lack of product (that should be anticipated, right?)! So re-card, re-wait, in short after more than an hour finally served to have the pleasure of sending our meal in just 10 minutes. The worst part is that this isn't the first time this has happened. The Elysée is finished!!!

30/12/2023: Hello following my visit to Hérouville Saint Clair I was able to test the pizzas of this brand, a product very well appreciated by my guests very reasonable price and disappointed not to have taken more, I will return there during my next trip ( tasting by 10 people including 4 children who took 3x)

16/03/2024: We have been going to this establishment for lunch for almost 10 years (especially with my grandfather because we appreciate the diversity of the dishes offered). The last time I went there with my partner, we faced a particularly unpleasant waitress (dipping square style cut). We came to get takeaway. While you serve yourself, you are constantly scrutinized in surveillance mode ++, we have rarely seen that in a restaurant. Once the food containers are filled, just before paying, I place them on the counter. Seeing the waitress loaded with her tray, I shift the trays as far as possible to give her plenty of room, to which she looks at me with a grin: "Nah nan nan", and collects the trays to put them back in their place like: " You're going to get out of there." We were almost taken for thieves. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant, with so much humiliation. For me it's a scandal. When you almost pay the card is snatched from your hands, it's incredible. I think that we are obviously not isolated cases but it is regrettable that an establishment reporting so many negative aspects does not take into account the respect of its customers, not to mention the hygiene and the quality of the products offered, I doubt that the framework lends itself to this kind of price. We will not come back here again following this experience. After all, there is no shortage of Asian restaurants in Caen

01/12/2023: Always warm welcome. Top-notch staff and management. Cindy, lovely. The boss (jojo) and the boss hold the queens with experience and courtesy. For years I haven't missed an opportunity to have a bite to eat at their place. And the tripe is excellent.
