The staff were friendly and welcoming, keeping us informed about the progress of our order. What's more, we came on a Tuesday evening and it wasn't very busy, no one upstairs, so we were quite comfortably seated.

Perfect service, nothing to complain about. The food was piping hot and delicious. And the staff were very friendly!

Order placed at the kiosk, served hot and complete in just a few minutes. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was clean. Perfect for a delicious break!

An item was missing from a takeaway order. I had to go back to the store, and once there, I received no apology or gesture of goodwill, which is disappointing. Usually, everything went smoothly. Despite this, the food quality is very good.

What's the point of telling us to use our loyalty points before 10/10/2022...when it wasn't possible...due to a system malfunction... Most of the products/menus/some drinks are out of stock...which is very problematic...again, it's very disappointing, especially with no explanation. I ordered two 5-onion rings...they were all undercooked, dry, and hard...very disappointing. In short, a bad experience for us today at this KFC.
