Appalling service; it was impossible to scan the loyalty card at the kiosk. The self-service kiosk told us we had to present our loyalty card at checkout, but once we got to the register, the employee coldly told us we could enter our loyalty card before ordering, not at checkout. There was no written notice anywhere to warn us about this.
