15/08/2026: We were absolutely delighted! We stumbled upon this place and received a very warm welcome, even at the end of service, with a smile and a fantastic chef! Everything was excellent and delicious! We highly recommend it!

18/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to visit Céline's. The food is excellent. The service is impeccable. Note the jazz evenings a few times a year where you can dine while enjoying live music.

04/09/2026: Okay... Order placed at 10:35 AM, arrived at the store at 10:37 AM, picked up via click & collect at 10:47 AM... 12-minute wait for a 20-minute break, ordering two McSmart meals... No speed whatsoever... From what I could hear, their toaster tripped the whole machine, overloaded with plugged-in appliances... We also heard that the salt was put in a still-wet container. I had to say, "Send me the buns without toasting them, I'll be late," for the order to arrive... Thanks to the young woman at the fries counter who served them directly and was quick and responsive, but I'm disappointed... First time at the Hérouville McDonald's and last time...

27/08/2026: We arrived at 8:30 PM, with closing time scheduled for 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the indoor dining area was closed; the chairs were already on the tables, and they were having a thorough cleaning. For a restaurant open until 9:00 PM, I find this neither appropriate nor professional. We then ordered our sandwiches, and we had to be extremely quick because the waitress was clearly eager to close (hence the restaurant being already cleaned). We were literally rushed and pressured to finish our order as quickly as possible. The waitress had already entered the total on the card reader without knowing if we had finished. Frankly, she wasn't pleasant or helpful, and I doubt her ability to work with customers. I find it a shame because it's a concept we appreciate, but from now on, we'll eat at another restaurant.

30/06/2026: In this type of restaurant, the most important things are the food and cleanliness. Cleanliness is OK, but the food is not. Everything has been sitting in the containers for too long and is dried out. For example, I was only able to eat a potato gratin. The ice at the bottom of the container melted due to the lack of refrigeration. It had no taste. I'm very disappointed because there are many Asian restaurants in the Caen area, but this one doesn't measure up.

27/06/2026: Good all-you-can-eat restaurant, a huge selection of dishes, fairly good quality, and they offer a wok station with quite a few sauces.

07/02/2026: The pizzas were good, the service was decent, but a bit more smiles and friendliness from the waiter would have been great.

29/01/2026: Now only pizza. Okay, we understand, except it was COLD on top as soon as it arrived at the table because the ingredients were frozen... It's emptying quickly, and we get it. Seriously, make an effort with the service too. It's rushed. Disappointing. At least the atmosphere is quiet given the low number of customers.
