02/09/2026: Having just arrived for our holiday, before settling into the campsite, we discovered Le P'tit Bistrot. Reservations are required, and it's easy to see why. A typical Cantal house, tastefully modernized, a warm welcome, and a delicious meal presented on carefully chosen tableware, featuring local produce, all at a reasonable price. Our holiday got off to a great start. We hope to try other dishes next year.

I highly recommend this place, especially for its excellent value.

16/10/2025: I've known La Source du Mont since the mid-1990s.
It was always a great pleasure to spend time at this establishment.
Madame Fournier ran the business with a masterful hand; nothing was left to chance, and everything was perfect.
Among other things, she was very attentive to the food. Quality products were well prepared by a top-notch chef.
The three chimneys and three cocottes awarded by Logis de France were well-deserved.
The business was recently taken over; I went for dinner there in mid-October; it was a disaster.
The welcome, the food, the service, and the customers—everything has fallen to the lowest level.
I strongly advise against it...
