The welcome is always warm and attentive. The food is delicious, generous, and prepared with great care.
The stuffed crab in its ceramic shell 😉 is always a hit. Special mention also goes to the ginger prawns, bursting with flavor, and the tender and fragrant duck with mushrooms and bamboo.
The friendly interactions with the hostess add a much-appreciated and personal touch, making the experience even more enjoyable. A truly delightful experience from beginning to end.
15/01/2026: Simply the best Asian restaurant in the area. Everything is excellent, the portions are very generous, and the service is perfect!

08/12/2025: A kitchen like a painting, a true work of art, in a village like Breuillet, there was a truly creative, innovative, and daring chef. A new beginning awaits him, and I'm sure he'll succeed. I'm one of his cousins, Murielle.

27/10/2025: The Saint Moritz, our favorite…, was a no-brainer after considering several other venues to host our wedding.
We were looking for a modern venue with character and authenticity, with a room large enough for 100 people or more, a beautiful outdoor space, and nearby accommodations… we managed to tick all these boxes and add an extraordinary caterer with perfect timing, whom all our guests adored!
A team that took great care to satisfy our wishes and make our day perfect. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better,
and 100,000… thank yous wouldn't be enough to express the pleasure we had having our wedding in this setting of water, greenery, and stone, surrounded by a smiling, caring, professional, and attentive team!
Don't change a thing, you unanimously won over 100 people, young and old alike!
