28/03/2024: More and more disappointed!!!! Smashed burgers, soft and white fries because they are not cooked!!! And yet it’s Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. and there are no crowds!!!! It's a shame !!!! However, the price remains very high for what is served. In addition we have to check what is in the pocket because something is often missing. This Mac do is deteriorating in quality. There is no need to respond with a ready-made message but to review your performance.

28/03/2024: McDonald's is disgusting in terms of hygiene and products. The tables and benches are sticky and everything seems very dirty. I definitely had doubts about the cooking of my meat (steak + bacon): it was cold as if it hadn't even been heated. I spent the night sick as a dog and I'm pregnant. Needless to say, I'm furious. To flee !!!!!

05/04/2024: The castle hotel is in name only. Dilapidated establishment and bordering on cleanliness. Upon reception, the receptionist did not want to respect the smartbox which guaranteed us a night in a double room, a buffet breakfast and access to the relaxation area. Despite a discussion with the establishment, we had to pay for the breakfast included in the box, an amount of 33 euros for two, for a breakfast where almost everything was frozen or taken out of a package. Concerning the room, the bathroom was totally dilapidated, tiles were missing in the shower, and the joints were moldy. The room was covered in dust all over the furniture and you could count the number of insect corpses in the bedroom chandelier... Regarding the relaxation and spa area, as dilapidated as the rest of the hotel. It was only a barely heated swimming pool and a sauna and hammam where it was barely lukewarm... More than unfavorable opinion, establishment to avoid.

05/04/2024: The room, when we sleep with sheets that have holes in them, we directly ask them to change the sheets, we put a paper in the place where there is a hole, we come back in the evening the same the next day we make them look at the sheets, apologies, but not a single commercial gesture, this is neglected for a castle, no door for the bathroom, the coffee maker not cleaned on arrival a capsule was left in the machine in short not great.. On the catering side, nothing to say, super good, hearty dishes, lovely staff
