31/03/2026: I ordered two meals to eat in. We both got two Cokes, but they didn't taste like Coke at all. Two of us mentioned it, but we were told they did, that they tasted just like Coke, which they didn't at all. Then we ordered two ice creams, so I went to get them from the counter. The first one was perfect, but the machine had a problem with the second one (which can happen). So we waited for the second one. We saw two ice creams being made for the drive-thru, but not ours yet, even though we'd been told it would be made right away. Anyway, the ice cream was finally made, but the cup wasn't full at all; the ice cream was only half full (it didn't touch the sides of the cup and wasn't even halfway). In short, we didn't get the ice cream, because it's ridiculous to make people wait at least 20 minutes for a half-full ice cream. No thanks.

17/03/2026: By completing your satisfaction survey, I received a 6-digit code to win a free sundae with my next order. When I went to the checkout, the cashier refused to give me the free sundae. He demanded an email I had received a long time ago when filling out the surveys. I couldn't find the email, so he refused to give me the small sundae. He preferred to cancel my order and refund me, even though all his colleagues told him to give me the ice cream since I had the completed coupon. Visit on March 17, 2026 at 12:55 PM
