26/04/2024: It's not possible to share a positive experience, since I've never been able to get someone on the phone who doesn't hang up on me...
I was simply asking to reserve a table for two. The person opposite does not necessarily speak the language, prefers to cut the conversation short rather than pass me a colleague or something else... Not a very commercial or pleasant way of doing things!
