05/04/2024: Extremely pleasant stay during the long Easter weekend we were very well received by all the staff and a kindness that will be remembered for a long time :)
the hotel is very well located with direct access to the tram. You will have various restaurants and bars nearby and of very good quality.
This establishment accepts our 4-legged friends which is very appreciable.
The room and bathroom were very clean, very comfortable and cozy bedding.
The Continental Breakfast 😍 as I like them, diverse and varied from salty and sweet to good juice, quality cheese and even homemade cakes I won't tell you more 😁 go there I highly recommend it ☀️
05/04/2024: A horror, never seen rooms this small and for 125€ per night it's a steal!
No reception, welcome done on a corner of the table by staff in T.Shirts and sneakers.
No bar or lounge.
No kettle in the room and for good reason there is no table either...
Open the curtains for a breathtaking view of an interior courtyard that will leave you feeling bored.
Unworthy of the Accor group at this price.
Run away !

This took me back a few years to the first opening of this type of establishment in France and with the criticism that went at the time...
Pleasant professional staff but completely overwhelmed by the structure.
03/04/2024: It’s a large self-service restaurant where everyone helps themselves.

19/03/2024: Not a hello at “reception”. We were seated without a smile, why bother... Then once seated after 5 minutes, we were ordered, always so kindly, to change tables because we had been seated on a table of 4.. We chose this moment the exit door. And then we finally had the right to a smile... Certainly a little embarrassed. So no I don't recommend.
03/03/2024: Quite disappointing, unfriendly staff, lack of choice. The dessert buffet is almost non-existent, fortunately the wok enhances the meal.

02/04/2024: Very warm welcome, Monsieur even offered us a snack to make our choice.
At 2:30 p.m., the room was closed and we sat next door. The dishes were reheated, put back in the fryer, without request from us initially. The gentleman was accommodating and smiling and the dishes were very good 😋
09/03/2024: More than questionable pork bites or more.... shrimp fritters drowned in batter... as well as spring rolls with a very thick layer of rice cake.
