I've been coming here for 10 years and I've never been disappointed (I'm of Vietnamese origin). It's nothing like the Chinatown next door 🤣😂! At Franchine, the food is delicious 😋, the service is wonderfully organized and fast, and the waiters (and waitresses) are really nice 🤩! (They sometimes add extra dishes or items ✨😌) I ​​recommend this "restaurant" more than 100% (they mainly offer takeout, but it's possible to eat in)!!! ✨✨✨ I really, really LOVE IT! 😆😆😆 Thank you for the quality of the food and the outstanding service! ✨✨✨ (Today I got spring rolls, a cooked dish, and shrimp chips as well!!)

Avoid the 12:00 and 18:00-19:00 time slots because of the queues. It's true that the spring rolls and Chinese salad aren't as generous as they used to be.

Great restaurant offering both takeout and dine-in. We ate in, the welcome was very warm, the meal excellent, I loved the Chinese salad, it was truly delicious. Helpful and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it. Everything was perfect.

As a regular customer for years, I'm disappointed... since the restaurant reopened, it seems the takeover of the deli is the priority. Let me explain: I ordered fried food, but a waitress from the restaurant cut in front of the deli counter and grabbed the last items, so I didn't get what I ordered. Perhaps you should separate the deli stock from the restaurant stock, because waiting 20 minutes in front of the food I ordered, only to not get what I'd been waiting for, is very unpleasant. I feel less valued than the restaurant customers, even though I've been coming here for my Friday night meals for a very long time.
