30/01/2026: I have to say, the idea of ​​eating in a restaurant the size of a factory cafeteria made me fear the worst. In fact, the food is excellent. There's something for everyone. The variety is exceptional. The staff is lovely and helpful if you need assistance. Of course, it doesn't have the warmth of a small inn, which is why I only gave it a 2 for ambiance. But honestly, I had to admit my fears were unfounded.

22/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at Japanhao restaurant in Mulhouse. The welcome was very professional and warm, and the establishment was impeccably clean. Located a little outside the city center, it has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It's a beautiful place, and everything is designed to make the customer, welcomed like a guest, feel perfectly at ease. The menu is very well designed. In addition to written descriptions, there are photos, which is really helpful for those unfamiliar with sushi or Asian cuisine. We mainly ate sushi 🍣🥢 and it was absolutely delicious, truly nothing to complain about. A delight from beginning to end. The prices are reasonable and consistent with the quality offered. It's almost perfect. Perhaps the only small thing we missed was the opportunity to watch the sushi being prepared, to have that direct interaction with the sushi chef, as in some other establishments. But that's really a minor detail. In short: we loved it, and we'll definitely be back. A superb discovery.

30/12/2025: Takeout order from Terrasses d’Asie in Pfastatt: a huge disappointment. Double portion of spring rolls, but no salad included, even though it's normally an essential part of this type of dish. The chicken salad was served with a practically tasteless, watery sauce, completely lacking in flavor. Judging by other customers' reviews, the impression is one of a rushed order and a real lack of consideration for the customer. A very disappointing experience that doesn't make me want to return.

30/12/2025: A disastrous experience. The restaurant was completely disorganized, with no management of the service whatsoever. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, then over an hour and a half for our main course, without any explanation or apology. The manager was unpleasant, haughty, and utterly unprofessional. We had to cancel our order and leave after wasting precious time. There was absolutely no respect for the customer. Avoid at all costs.
