07/09/2026: I strongly advise against buying the cakes from this bakery, but especially the welcome and service, which were particularly disappointing. I went to buy a "Three Chocolates" cake and a fruit tart on shortcrust pastry. The Three Chocolates cake was practically frozen, so completely inedible when I served it. When I pointed this out to the saleswoman, she replied, in what I found a rather mocking tone, that it simply needed to be left at room temperature for two hours. They should have told me when I bought it! I obviously couldn't have known. As for the fruit tart, the shortcrust pastry was as hard as a rock. In the end, both desserts ended up in the bin. Despite this, there was no real reaction from the saleswoman, and no compensation was offered. During our visit, the saleswoman was also serving other customers at the same time. She did apologize, but this approach remains, in my opinion, very unprofessional and truly gives the impression that the customer isn't a priority. What disappointed me most, beyond the quality of the products, was the lack of attentiveness and consideration when I reported a problem. I find this behavior unacceptable for a local business. Honestly, I won't be returning to this bakery and I don't recommend it, neither for the quality of the pastries nor for the customer service. If I could have given it a zero rating, I would have! What a shame.

21/07/2026: The pastries are frozen, the cakes are mass-produced, yet the prices are "homemade." Only the bread is good.

28/10/2026: I made these comments reluctantly; I'm a regular customer of these small caterers in B2. Since then, no particular problems, very pleasant staff. This lunchtime, I went there almost as soon as I'd finished eating, and I found a long hair in the container of Cotonaiz rice.

21/10/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. The dishes were subpar, both in terms of taste and the quality of the ingredients. Honestly, the prices are far too high for what you get on your plate. The same goes for the sushi: the quality is lacking, and the value for money is truly disappointing. As for the customer service, I'd rather not even go into it… A disappointing experience from beginning to end, which makes me absolutely not want to return. Personally, I do not recommend this place and I don't plan to go back.

03/08/2026: I strongly advise against this restaurant. I ordered spring rolls as an appetizer, followed by Cantonese rice with Peking duck. The spring rolls were truly inedible: they were like chewing plastic. As for the duck, it was very tough and had practically no flavor, as if it had been waterlogged. After this meal, I felt ill. I suspect the spring rolls were the cause, although I obviously can't say for sure. The staff was not at all welcoming. The three people I dealt with were unpleasant. Finally, the prices are far too high considering the quality of the food and service. A very bad experience; I will not return and I do not recommend this establishment.
