09/05/2024: Romantic moment, grill specialty offered but we chose to taste the fish of the day which was a trio of fish: sea bream (cooked to perfection), salmon & octopus tentacles with rice and vegetables, & prawn skewers/ pineapple (I would have added a little rice 🍚)
In the top. “Tavern” atmosphere, a nice decor, a little noisy but really linked to the number of customers &
large parking lot.
Budget 60€.

10/10/2023: Only 3 or 4 dishes on the menu but we were there at the end of September, no way to have rice or pasta.....
A terrible waitress but the rest of the staff ok

The cuisine is refined while being hearty.
The service is impeccable with attentive and smiling waitresses.
The setting is heavenly, but that's normal, it's Corsica!....
A suspended moment to live in the present moment.
Go there without hesitation.
Too bad there are only 5 stars on the review, I would have given 6 or 7!

22/10/2023: Perfect stay!! I came 35 years ago and it was a pleasure to return to the hotel.
The place is magnificent. All the staff take great care to make your stay ideal.
I really liked the little ride on the pointy to visit the bay.
The cocktails are delicious.
Amazing breakfast.
The restaurant also serves very good food. Maybe a little too expensive.
The rooms are very nice and the beds perfect!!
I really liked the personalized massage at the spa. Remember to book in advance because it fills up quickly.
30/09/2023: Je trouve regrettable le fait que vous n acceptiez pas les chiens dans votre établissement même au restaurant alors je peux comprendre car vous avez des jardins mais quand il s agit de très petits chien je ne vois pas où est le problème vous pourriez faire un effort
Dommage ma petite gioia qui voyage beaucoup et qui a l habitude des beaux hôtels et beaux restaurants et aime se prélasser au bord de la piscine sur son transat ne verra pas le cala rossa et moi non plus du coup 😅

24/08/2023: A bakery-pastry shop in the heart of St Cyprien and close to the sea open in season... to enjoy the shaded terrace while eating crepes, waffles and salad or simply to have a drink! I recommend
