30/10/2023: I really recommend this restaurant.
We arrived late on a Sunday (2 p.m.) and the manager said yes without hesitation.
At the end of the season we were offered few choices but tasty dishes with real flavor.
A very tasty Corsican burger.
Pasta with different tomatoes and well-seasoned Corsican ham
But a revelation about dessert
Caramel mousse with its salted caramel coulis and whipped cream, crazy
Thank you very much for your sympathy and sense of service.
We will come back with pleasure

A terrible waitress but the rest of the staff ok

22/10/2023: Perfect stay!! I came 35 years ago and it was a pleasure to return to the hotel.
The place is magnificent. All the staff take great care to make your stay ideal.
I really liked the little ride on the pointy to visit the bay.
The cocktails are delicious.
Amazing breakfast.
The restaurant also serves very good food. Maybe a little too expensive.
The rooms are very nice and the beds perfect!!
I really liked the personalized massage at the spa. Remember to book in advance because it fills up quickly.
30/09/2023: Je trouve regrettable le fait que vous n acceptiez pas les chiens dans votre établissement même au restaurant alors je peux comprendre car vous avez des jardins mais quand il s agit de très petits chien je ne vois pas où est le problème vous pourriez faire un effort
Dommage ma petite gioia qui voyage beaucoup et qui a l habitude des beaux hôtels et beaux restaurants et aime se prélasser au bord de la piscine sur son transat ne verra pas le cala rossa et moi non plus du coup 😅

24/08/2023: A bakery-pastry shop in the heart of St Cyprien and close to the sea open in season... to enjoy the shaded terrace while eating crepes, waffles and salad or simply to have a drink! I recommend
