16/03/2026: This was our second visit to this restaurant since it opened, and the change is striking… for the better! The quality of service and the welcome remain impeccable, and the dishes we tasted were very good, especially the chicken wrap. A big thank you to the chef/manager, who is very involved and quickly corrected a small error on my order, demonstrating a real commitment to his establishment. Thanks also to the entire team, without whom none of this would be possible!

15/03/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at La Fabrique. The staff is fantastic! The food is excellent and plentiful! I highly recommend it!
