12/07/2026: A huge thank you to Pascale, who perfectly recreates Chantal and Joël's galettes, which I loved when I went on holiday to my grandmother's in Collinee.
While on holiday in Paimpol, I was delighted to find your packages at Carrefour with the same label and, above all, the same flavor as over 40 years ago! Please don't change a thing... It's a shame there weren't any crêpes! Long live the "Fontaine St Père" crêperie in Plessala!
