The taste of the dishes remains correct but we serve you the brasserie stocked at Métro, we will return to the real homemade: everything is calibrated Flunch style (the sauce, the mash and especially the dessert and the presentations) but with higher prices . The service is provided by young beginners who are friendly despite their slight lack of mastery. At the start, the owner is agitated but pleasant until a total change of heart because I allow myself an innocuous remark about the dessert: her behavior turned odious and cantankerous, informed by our waiter, she stormed up to our table and made a very scandalous scene. unwelcome which definitely ruined the evening. She initially refused to let us pay. How much does she do it to avoid bad reviews and maintain the illusion of evaluations? My companion, more magnanimous than me, went back and insisted on paying anyway. The explanations given at that time, if true, just confirm my overall feelings about a restaurant that lives on its past and no longer really cooks at home. These explanations do not excuse anything, especially not the bipolar and inappropriate attitude of the manager.
