12/06/2026: An excellent restaurant! I love restaurants, they're my thing, but truly the best cut of beef I've ever eaten (mature beef). The sweetbreads were excellent. I've been to Michelin-starred restaurants... this one has two stars, plus the sorbets are 98% fruit, made by a master ice cream maker—pure bliss! The chef is passionate, with love and respect. The waitress was extraordinary, a truly wonderful welcome. I will definitely be back with friends. It's an hour and a half drive, no problem. A delight made with the finest ingredients...
