24/03/2026: It's BEAUTIFUL, a magnificent view for my first meal in the sun this year 🌞.
And it's delicious! I highly recommend it for the setting and the food, but the service is also excellent, with great attention to detail!
I can't wait to go back...

29/01/2026: Discovered during a business trip. Beautiful decor. Warm welcome. Local produce. Delicious, hearty, satisfying, well-presented... and definitely the best burger I've ever had, even though it's not a burger restaurant. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommended

27/02/2026: This hotel and restaurant was a delightful discovery, offering excellent value for money. The spacious room was spotless. The food was delicious. At the end of service, the chef personally came to ask if everything was alright (which is quite rare and worth mentioning). There's also a large car park where we were able to safely park our two motorcycles. I highly recommend it.

We booked the hotel spontaneously.
The food is excellent!
The rooms are very well-maintained with a very comfortable bed.
We slept wonderfully.
We'd love to come back!

03/12/2025: I go to the drive-thru in the morning. A real ham and butter sandwich with good butter and good ham (and of course, good bread). That's becoming increasingly rare!

Assiette suffisamment copieuse, jambon cuit + frites + salade
Un petit dessert
Une bière bien fraîche
Un tarif pas si exorbitant que cela, je vous rappelle que vous êtes sur un site touristique
À la vue de certains commentaires, je pense que les gens espéraient trouver un gastronomique, avec vue sur le Saut du Doubs et en plus ne débourser que qques € pour les satisfaire pleinement
Le lieu est paisible, les jeunes serveuses souriantes et polies

09/08/2024: Sehr schöne Gastterrasse und auch schöner Innenraum. Das „L’Absinthe“ ist ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant und eine attraktive Alternative zum Schweizer Restaurant gegenüber auf der anderen Seite der Grenze.
Die „assiette ardoise“ war sehr lecker mit Fleischspezialitäten aus der Region und Pommes frites für Euro 18.90.
