14/03/2026: We came today for brunch, and it was a real treat! The selection was vast and the products were high quality. The welcome was warm and friendly. We went as a family and we will definitely return, even though it's more than 45km from our home.

We received a warm welcome.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The amenities were modern and high-quality.
The heating worked very well in winter.
The decor was lovely.
The staff were attentive and welcoming.
The restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced.
The breakfast was very varied.
I highly recommend it, with no complaints whatsoever.
It's a pleasure to stay here.

I've known this restaurant since it opened, and I feel the quality has declined. The meat is still good and cooked well, but the side dishes are limited: only fries with a bit of lamb's lettuce that's clearly been in the fridge for a while. And the desserts lack freshness, and the whipped cream is clearly store-bought, which is a shame. The servers were very pleasant.

Incredible, superb place, top-notch staff.
Excellent food, we'll be back.

Two mistakes: I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and received a single cheeseburger, and I ordered six nuggets and only received four.
Not sure I'll go back.

05/01/2026: They forbade me from bringing the dog in for hygiene reasons, even though the day before his colleague dropped a bag on the floor, picked it up, and then made a kebab. Where's the hygiene in that? Instead of giving me grief about not being able to bring the dog in, lol, that's the last time I'm setting foot in there.

The hygiene is simply unacceptable: questionable cleanliness, no attention to detail in food preparation—one seriously wonders if they even know the health and safety regulations.
The worst part is the owner: obnoxious, contemptuous, and aggressive, with absolutely no respect or professionalism. As a customer, you feel like you're bothering him.
If you value your health and dignity, steer clear. This restaurant is a disgrace to the brand. There are far better options elsewhere.

06/09/2024: Hard pizza!! Not good the ingredients are invisible to the naked eye!! I advise against passing tourists like us. Expensive too. Never again!!
29/08/2024: Ordered 2 pizzas. After about 15-20 minutes, inform them that they can't make one, they don't have any tuna🤔 so after about 45 minutes we get our 2 pizzas. Goes off to eat open the lid on mine = a black burnt pizza🤮 goes back and asks for the money back, no it's not possible he has to make a new one... do I have to wait another 30 minutes?! Never ever experienced such bad customer service. would the wife eat her pizza while I wait for my new one?! What were they thinking now🤣🤣
Never again. There is a better pizzeria on the other side of the square.
