08/09/2026: I was used to Corleone d’Étoile… but this is definitely a step down 😅 I discovered the pizza maker working in a shipping container, in the sweltering 40°C heat. The poor guy was really struggling: you could see he was having a hard time making his pizzas in that heat, completely drenched in sweat… and yet, he kept smiling and full of life. Honestly, respect to him for that! 👏 However, when we went to take our order, he disappeared for about 4-5 minutes to the back of the container. We assumed he'd gone to wash his hands, but this long, unexplained absence left us with serious doubts about the organization and hygiene, especially since he prepares the pizzas right there. 🤔 Another disappointment: the menu has become much smaller. And most importantly… no Buffalo mozzarella, my favorite pizza 🥲🍕 In the end, I don't know if I'll be back. It's a shame, because the pizza maker is really very nice and seems to be doing his best under conditions that are clearly not easy. But between the working conditions, the limited menu, and this rather unusual experience, I'm quite disappointed.

06/09/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at Corleone. The hygiene seemed really poor, even questionable, which is particularly concerning for an establishment that serves food. I was especially surprised to see water being drained into a basin, clearly visible to other customers. This kind of situation doesn't exactly give an impression of cleanliness or professionalism. Fortunately, the staff does their best to welcome customers and remains pleasant despite these negative points. That's appreciated, but unfortunately, it's not enough to compensate for my overall impression. I expected much better and I don't think I'll be going back.

21/08/2026: It's great, there's a lot of choice. If you want to eat a variety of foods but in smaller portions, I recommend it.

17/08/2026: Bland, poorly stocked buffet, leftovers from lunch because the fried food was dry... we were regulars and really enjoyed this restaurant, but now we have absolutely no desire to go back. €22 per person for this is unacceptable...
