This favoritism is truly unacceptable. As a manager, it's not right to treat customers differently. A customer is a customer, whether you know them or not.

07/02/2026: We went into the restaurant because we live in the area and are very keen to support local businesses that might otherwise struggle. It was a huge disappointment. The welcome was extremely cold in a restaurant that was already empty at 7:15 pm. When we ordered, we simply asked a few questions about the miso soup, and the response was even colder than their initial greeting. We decided to leave and spend our money at a much better restaurant.

15/01/2026: The restaurant was full, yet my order was taken as soon as I made my selection. Less than two minutes later, the soups and salads from the menu were served, and once I'd finished my appetizers, the main course arrived. The waitresses were smiling and bubbly. A real pleasure! This was my second visit, and I was so surprised by the speed.
11/09/2025: Friendly welcome, fast service, and the various fish sashimi dishes were very fresh. The slices were quite generous.
The bento was also very good.
So that's a positive. Thank you.

We won't be back.
We would have had better kebab, the food was terrible.

02/03/2026: I ordered a McCrispy Smoky Ranch and it was completely stale. It was impossible to know how long it had been sitting there, but serving a sandwich in that state is unacceptable. We pay for a fresh product, not leftovers. Money doesn't grow on trees.

14/02/2026: As a loyal customer of this restaurant for almost a year with my children, I have always appreciated the quality of the food. However, my visit today was a profound disappointment: I noticed a radical change on all levels. The most disturbing aspect is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke that permeates the entire dining room. It's regrettable, but I will not be returning.
14/10/2025: Honestly, very disappointed... Hard rice and bulgur, probably reheated several times, so dry and flavorless. You can clearly feel a lack of freshness. It was one of the worst kebab meals I've ever eaten. I don't recommend it at all.
