28/09/2026: I had been to this restaurant before and, to be honest, I left quite disappointed, mainly because of the service: the meat took forever to arrive at our table, the music was really bad, and the DJ wouldn't play any of our song requests. But this Saturday, September 26, 2026, what a wonderful surprise! 🎉 All the guests there to celebrate a birthday were very, very happy! I especially want to thank the DJ, who was absolutely fantastic. The music was suitable for all generations, and our dedications were taken into account. When we asked for the air conditioning to be turned down, our request was immediately granted. 👏 The food was very good, and the service was truly excellent. So, I want to say a big BRAVO! After my last disappointment, I hadn't been back for over a year, but this time, I left feeling truly satisfied. I sincerely hope you continue like this, because this time, everything was perfect. ❤️ A huge thank you to the DJ and the whole team for a wonderful evening! 👏🎶

05/09/2026: Very friendly welcome and great atmosphere. As for the meat, it was a delight with very tender pieces of beef; I highly recommend it.

23/10/2026: Unsurprisingly, the buffet consisted of mass-produced starters and desserts, and the main courses were poor quality. A woman stationed at the door watched us constantly without ever cracking a smile (we were simply eating discreetly and in small portions).

03/10/2026: A small Asian restaurant, a welcome change from the large, noisy ones, offering a generous buffet and very refined dishes. Warm service and atmosphere.

11/10/2026: Very disappointed since the new owner took over; a lack of professionalism, as if we were bothering them. Honestly, the plates were seven fries and a bad steak. Anyway, I won't go into other problems; there were many of us, but no one will be back.

11/10/2026: We used to dine at the Villa de Vinci restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience yesterday, for a birthday celebration, was very disappointing. First of all, the welcome was not up to our expectations. Norbert, who is an excellent waiter, did his best, but he seemed to lack information regarding our reservation. The manager had clearly not given him the correct details, which caused difficulties for the other waiters. Yet, we had clearly stated that we would be 17 people, including 3 children. Another point that particularly shocked us: we were charged €60 for the cakes, an amount that was only revealed to us upon arrival at the restaurant, presenting us with a fait accompli. If we had been informed of this charge beforehand, we would simply have chosen another establishment. My partner had clearly stated, when making the reservation by phone, that it was a birthday celebration. It would have been logical and professional to inform us of these conditions at the time. It's a real shame, as we were regular customers of this establishment. Unfortunately, this experience has shaken our confidence, and we won't be returning. Losing 17 customers due to a lack of communication and transparency is regrettable. With 17 meals costing over €15 each, we still represented a significant bill. Better communication beforehand would certainly have prevented this situation and helped retain our loyal clientele.
