08/07/2025: My wife and I dined at this charming Japanese restaurant today. We left fully satisfied. The salmon sashimi was incredibly fresh, the maki delicious, and the miso soup was the best we've ever tasted. The staff was pleasant, and the service was fast. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

However, I'm the person you told, after placing a Deliveroo order, that lunch menus couldn't normally be made in the evening, and that you were making an exception for me.
It's YOUR responsibility to ensure that items you don't want to make available in the evening don't appear on the app. It's not up to us, as customers, to guess that certain items shouldn't be added in the evening. Whether they're labeled as lunchtime or not, for that matter.
I added the item to my basket and paid for it. Nothing indicated that I shouldn't have done so. If you're not happy with this, don't allow orders. This is truly absurd.
18/10/2025: We ordered a menu last night, I felt that the salmon had gone bad, as a result my husband and I were sick all day, the hygiene department should take a look, Thanks Minato!

18/01/2026: As a regular customer of this brand, I was surprised by the somewhat unpleasant welcome—no greeting, and when I asked them to cut my sandwich in half with my order, they told me they don't usually do that, even though I've never had this kind of response at any other location in the same chain. I ordered an apple galette and was annoyed to discover, once it was on the table, that it was frangipane. A bad experience that day; it will surely be better next time.

11/07/2025: It's disgraceful to refuse access to the restroom to a pregnant woman.
The woman replied that it wasn't an excuse and that you had to pay to use it.
P.S.: To respond to your comment: it's false. I was very polite to you; you simply refused me access.
And beyond the question of whether or not they are public restrooms, you simply lacked any semblance of humanity.
