13/05/2026: The staff are attentive and eager to help. The grounds are lovely, the manor house is in good condition, and so is the room; we had a separate room for our son, which was a very pleasant surprise. The dining and lounge areas are attractive. The bedding is comfortable. The indoor pool is warm; I'm sensitive to the cold, but I got in without any problem. The upkeep isn't perfect. But considering the amount of work involved in maintaining this type of hotel, it certainly deserves its 5 stars. The breakfast is varied. I would gladly return!
