However, the welcome is minimal: it's difficult to get a smile, there's no welcome, no wine list at the table, and no greeting upon departure. There's no interest in checking if everything is alright during the meal. The terrace is barely weeded, which reinforces the impression of very limited customer service. It's important to review the welcome, the interpersonal skills, and the overall atmosphere, because the human element matters as much as the setting. The setting isn't everything: taking pleasure in welcoming customers is essential.
