I have already eaten twice at the Auberge de la Vallée and I can only recommend it: gourmet cuisine, warm welcome, attentive service, pleasant setting, etc. Absolutely worth testing!

Stop! The welcome is very warm and the plate is light but generous, original without being "barred" in clever mixtures where you get lost. It was our first time this evening (this address was recommended to us), we will return there with our eyes closed.

You may not know Nassandres sur Risles, but you cannot ignore the Auberge de la Vallée. Tasty, subtle, generous cuisine. A young couple who understood everything, Ludivine at the reception and serving with good humor and a smile, Allan, much more reserved, in the kitchen, constantly looking for local suppliers and new flavors. Well done, keep it up, you will make this village known. PS once the activity has taken off the decor will need to be touched up ;-)

Very good gourmet restaurant that I was introduced to for a family dinner. A restaurant where you feel good. A very warm welcome, impeccable service and perfect cuisine. The owners are very friendly, you will eat local products cooked with passion. An address where we want to return. Go see, you won't be disappointed.

On Valentine's Day evening, we are lucky to be able to reserve the last available table at the last minute! Great evening and meal! Lots of new flavors that I didn't know, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. It was perfect ! Amazing dessert 🤩 We had good advice for our choice of wine, and the service is carried out with passion, you can feel it on the faces and on the plate! Thanks for the kombucha and the rose 🌹 One thing is certain: we will come back! Don’t hesitate to discover this restaurant!

Very nice discovery, the welcome is warm, the service attentive and chic, explanations for each dish. Everything is homemade with local products. The dishes are delicious and full of flavor. Everything is perfect from start to finish. We had a very good evening. Thanks to the chef and his wife.

18/02/2024: From the reservation to the bill everything was successful. I booked for 7 adults, for our mother's 87th birthday, the choice of each dish, each drink was a delight to taste. The birthday cake entrusted to the hands of the chef confirmed that this place is a true showcase of the know-how of French cuisine. Each of the dishes, pure creation of the chef, was a pleasure for the taste buds for each guest. I will note that the little taste surprises offered by the chef enhanced this evening. The service was worthy of the place and the dishes served. True professionalism, while remaining attentive to the needs, questions and pace of customers. A truly flawless experience shared with family during this evening at the Manoir du soleil d’or. My family and I would like to express our sincere congratulations to the two managers of this beautiful Manoir du soleil d’or. We will return, as soon as the weather is nice, to your beautiful setting of a true culinary gem, where the know-how of welcoming marries the culinary knowledge of the chef of the place's kitchen.
