What a treat! At Medo, everything is homemade using fresh ingredients prepared on-site, and you can taste the difference: the flavors are exceptional, and the quality is impeccable.
Special mention goes to the team, who are simply lovely and incredibly attentive. You immediately feel welcome, and the thoughtful service makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The wine list is simply incredible, with wonderful discoveries to perfectly complement each dish. A truly unmissable spot in Oléron, which I recommend without hesitation. We'll definitely be back!

06/08/2026: Good meal and very friendly staff. The mussels and the fish dish of the day were good.
Being on an island, the restaurants are packed around 11:30/12:00.
We came back in the afternoon for ice cream.

12/07/2026: The nuggets were burnt, the pizza was scorched, and the bread was inedible but far too hard. We called, and the only response we received was that they hung up on us. No compensation was offered, nor were we even asked to return to the store to pick up a new order.

12/07/2026: A roadside or working-class type of restaurant with a large free parking lot and air conditioning. We arrived as a group of nine friends shortly before closing time (9 pm), but received a very warm welcome and excellent service. Homemade cuisine with a few original touches. Excellent value for money.

31/05/2026: I got food poisoning after having a kebab for lunch at this fast food restaurant and was sick for three days. It was food poisoning; the kebabs are frozen and reheated several days later. Avoid it.

06/05/2026: Disgusted as she left, one of the employees was smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk with his black latex gloves on and immediately went back to handling the food.
03/05/2026: We had a very good meal.
Lots of choices. The service was quite fast and the staff friendly.
The only slight downside was the cleanliness of the tables, which was somewhat lacking.
The tacos were generous, the sauces were good, and the fries were too. The chicken burger was also good.

22/04/2026: I'm changing my rating because I'm disappointed with the McDonald's in Jonzac, and for good reason: the cheese and bacon fries are very stingy. They either forget the cheese or the bacon, but the worst part was yesterday, April 21st, 2026. I ordered the same meal each time: my cheese and bacon fries arrived cold, while my mother's fries (just regular fries) were also cold. We told the server, and my mother's fries were changed. He brought me the same container, still cold. And the worst part was when I took a sip of sugar-free Coke; it was disgusting. I pointed it out, and they told me it was Cherry Coke. Uh, sorry, that's not what I ordered. I'm not sure I'll be going back.
I'll leave my previous review below: Very disappointed. I've been there twice, and both times I was served on dirty dishes and the cheese fries were cold. If they keep this up, Burger King will find its customers quickly.
Following your response, I came back this morning and again pointed out to one of your employees that we are served on dirty, sticky dishes; it's becoming disgusting.
