Hangar 27
La Rochelle
22/09/2026: Nice place to stop for the night. Shower only cost 2€ and is fairly clean (way better then french highway showers!!).
You can park for free. And eat in the Restaurant if you want. The staff is very friendly. I surely come back when I am in the area!
17/09/2026: Roadside atmosphere like in the old days, fun

Maxi Kebab
La Rochelle
31/05/2026: I got food poisoning after having a kebab for lunch at this fast food restaurant and was sick for three days. It was food poisoning; the kebabs are frozen and reheated several days later. Avoid it.
29/04/2026: Excellent kebab, friendly and attentive owners, a place to remember

Le Carthage
La Rochelle
14/06/2026: Nothing to complain about, we've been three times and it's always top-notch. I recommend it.
01/06/2026: It's a disgrace! €9.30 for a tiny kebab and a handful of fries. At that price, you expect a proper, filled sandwich, not a half-empty piece of bread. The toilets weren't clean. I'm done going there; I'm done with fast food.
