07/04/2026: Waiting over 30 minutes just to place the order at the drive-thru, and another 30 minutes to be served cold food.
Not to mention the nonchalance of the person taking the order.
This is the second time in a row this has happened.
30/03/2026: Placed my order at 12:31 PM, almost no one in the KFC. 25 minutes later I finally got my order, even though it was deserted. They said the kiosk was out of paper, but the staff couldn't care less. Apparently everything's normal, okay, don't change a thing.
